I affirm to the best of my ability, to faithfully support and uphold the mission of the
Monroe County Fire Rescue Department. I fully commit to help protect my fellow
firefighters with the same enthusiasm, civility, and professionalism that I employ in �
protecting the citizens of Monroe County. I agree to be fully accountable, morally, and
ethically, to my fellow firefighters and am willing to hold others equally responsible to a
standard of production and behavior that is acceptable. I will be diligent in my
commitments, keeping my word and following through on all pledges and promises. I
