In Re: Changes in timekeepers
Dear Mr. Johnson,
The most recent(6th Amendment)to the agreement for legal services between your firm and Monroe
County specified that the list of timekeepers in the agreement could be amended through a letter from
the County Attorney's Office approving the changes. The purpose of this letter is to approve the
changes.
Jonathan H. Railey and W. Hampton Johnson are promoted to partners and their billing rate is
increased to $180/hour. Associates Duchant Johnson and Selena A. Gibson are added as associates,
at a billing rate of$150/hour. These changes are effective retroactively to 9/1/2021.
If any of the facts stated in here are incorrect, please advise. Thank you.
Very truly yours,
