Subject: Budget Amendment Request
Tina, I'm requesting for BOCC approval to advertise a public hearing for a Budget Amendment on Fund 135 at the
April meeting.
I have been informed by Emergency Services that they will be asking the BOCC for approval to use Impact Fees for
installation of fire hydrants in all four districts. The current budget needs to be amendment so this public safety project
can continue.
Thank you for reviewing my request.

Subject: RE: Emergency Services Agenda Item/Impact Fee Expenditure Request
Steve, My initial review shows that the district project amounts exceed the budget amounts. I will need to amend the
district budgets for this project to be done this year. The amendment process will take two months. I will place an
agenda item on the April meeting for BOCC approval to advertise for a public hearing to amend the budget. T hen in May
I will place the amendment on the agenda,

Subject: Emergency Services Agenda Item/Impact Fee Expenditure Request
Cynthia and Penny,
I am trying to get an agenda item and expenditure of Impact fees for fire hydrants on the April Agenda. The information
is attached, and will be hand delivered to you tomorrow. I am sending this by email to ask that you take a moment to
review the items, in advance of the ghard ciopies arriving, in order to expedite the process. As you know, the deadline is
looming and I really need to get these on for April if at all possible. Lt. Timmy Leonard will be bringing them by
tomorrow.
Please let me know if you foresee any issues, so that we may address them a.s.a.p. The item is exactly the same as the
one used last year, with the simple change in the numbers of hydrants to be installed and the total expenditure
amounts. We have verigied the balances in the accounts with Marva Green in finance.
Thank you very much for your kind assistance. Please let me know if there are any problems or if you need further
information or clarification.
Steven
PS I scanned these before Townsley signed them, they have been approved by planning. Thanks
