QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, executed this 1 / day of July, 2022 by and between
MONROE COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND AUTHORITY, a land authority
under Section 380.0663(1), Florida Statutes, and Monroe County Ordinance Number 031-1986,
whose post office address is 1200 Truman Avenue, Suite 207, Key West, FL 33040, party of the
first part, and MONROE COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post
office address is 1100 Simonton Street, Key West, FL 33040, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of$10.00 to it in
hand paid by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,bargained
and sold to the party of the second part, his or her heirs and assigns forever, the following described land
lying and being in Monroe County,Florida:
Lots 3 and 4,Block 3,of BAY POINT AMENDED PLAT,according to the Plat
thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3,Page 75,of the Public Records of Monroe
County,Florida.
SUBJECT TO: Conditions, restrictions,limitations, reservations and easements of
record, including but not limited to a LAND USE RESTRICTION AGREEMENT between
Monroe County and Monroe County Comprehensive Plan Land Authority.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,right, title, interest and claim whatsoever
of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,benefit and behoof
of the said party of the second part forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has signed and sealed these
