WITNESSETH WHEREAS,In October 2019 the Village entered into a five year Contract for the provision of Local Police Services with MCSO and County(the"Contract"), a copy of which is attached as Exhibit"1,"and WHEREAS,pursuant to Section 21.1 of the Contract,compensation for Local Police Services for each fiscal year shall be set by amendment to the Contract,and WHEREAS,the Village desires to amend the Contract to set the compensation for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 (the"Third Amendment").
