Agreement is incorporated herein and forms an integral part of this Task Order.

SCOPE OF WORK
This scope of services is an amendment to PSO 12/15-D9.The second Request for Additional
Information (RAI)from South Florida Water Management District(SFWMD)was sent to Jacobs on
June 22"d,2022.On July 19d',2022 Jacobs,Birkitt,and Monroe County met with the SFWMD.The
SFWMD requested an Ownership and Encumbrance report for the on-site mitigation areas for the
EYW Aircraft Overflow Apron project.The on-site mitigation areas include ONS-1,ONS-2,and
ONS-3.
This scope of services includes an Ownership and Encumbrance report prepared by O'Neal and the
hours associated with responding to the second RAI from SFWMD.The Ownership and
Encumbrance report will be for the following five (5) parcels:
1. Parcel ID for Area 1:00064810-00000
2. Parcel ID for Area 3:00064820-00000
3. Parcel ID for Area 4:00065120-000000
4. Parcel ID for Area 7:00065100-00000
5. Parcel ID for Misc.Area:00065450-000000
Refer to Figure 1: Key West International Airport's Property Map on Sheet 3 of Exhibit A for the
location of the above parcels.
GENERALSCOPE
Amendment 1 of the Aircraft Overflow Apron Construction Support and RPR Services project
includes the following element:
1. Coordination with subconsultants,SFWMD,and Monroe County.
2. Preparation of the Ownership and Encumbrance report.
3. Respond to the SFWMD RAI No.2.
ASSUMPTIONS/DESIGN PARAMETERS
1. This project will be funded with state, local,and FAA monies.
2. Jacobs will coordinate with Birkitt Environmental Services,O'Neal Surveying and Mapping,
and SFWMD.
3. This proposal does not include submittal of design documents,cost estimates,or technical
specifications.
4. This project does not include financial feasibility analyses, benefit-cost analyses,return on
investment nor payback period estimations.
5. Jacobs will reasonably rely upon the accuracy,and completeness of the information/data
provided by the Client or other third parties.

1. Coordinate with subconsultants,SFWMD,and Monroe County.
2. Research Public Records of Monroe County,Florida for five(5) parcels at Key West
International Airport.These services will be completed by O'Neal Surveying and Mapping.
3. Provide an Ownership and Encumbrance Report for the five (5) parcels.
4. Develop a response for each encountered easement within the proposed on-site mitigation
areas for the SFWMD RAI No.2.
5. Develop exhibits with the mitigation areas and easement areas for the SFWMD RAI No.2.
Services for Article F will be provided under a lump sum basis.
PROJECT DELIVERABLES:
1. Two (2)signed paper copies of each Ownership and Encumbrance Report
2. One signed digital copy of the Ownership and Encumbrance Report
3. Digital copies of the supporting documents recovered in the Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida search.

Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.

supporting documents recovered in this search of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida
will be provided on DVD/Thumb Drive.
Work not specified in the above SCOPE OF SERVICES will not be performed without your prior
knowledge and approval.
