This Task Order is entered into on the effective date noted above pursuant to the "Master
Agreement for Professional Services" between Monroe County, Florida ("Client") and JACOBS
PROJECT MANAGEMENT CO. ("Consultant"), dated February 16, 2022 ("Agreement"). The
Agreement is incorporated herein and forms an integral part of this Task Order.

Client authorizes Consultant to perform the Services described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein, which Exhibit A is marked with the above noted Task Order No. and
consists of 1 page(s).

SCOPE OF WORK
This scope of services is an amendment to PSO 2022-07.The original scope of services included
three (3) pavement cores to investigate the existing pavement condition.After further
investigation,it was determined that additional pavement cores are required to complete the
pavement evaluation.This scope of services includes an additional twelve(12) pavement cores
completed by Tierra South Florida.

GENERAL SCOPE
For this scope of services,Jacobs will provide the following services:
1. Coordination with subconsultants.

1. This proposal does not include submittal of design documents,cost estimates,or technical
specifications.
2. This scope of work does not include bid support,construction administration,resident project
representative nor quality assurance testing. This scope of work also does not include the
development of a construction management plan.
3. This project does not include financial feasibility analyses,benefit-cost analyses,return on
investment nor payback period estimations.
4. Jacobs will reasonably rely upon the accuracy,and completeness of the information/data
provided by the Client or other third parties.
5. In providing opinions of cost,financial analyses,economic feasibility projections,for the
project,Jacobs has no control over cost or price of labor and materials;unknown or latent

conditions of existing equipment or structures that may affect operation or maintenance
costs;competitive bidding procedures and market conditions;time or quality of performance
by operating personnel or third parties;and other economic and operational factors that may
materially affect the ultimate project cost or schedule.Therefore,Jacobs makes no warranty
that Client's actual project costs,financial aspects,economic feasibility,will not vary from
Jacobs'opinions,analyses,projections,or estimates.
6. In soils,foundation,groundwater,and other subsurface investigations,the actual
characteristics may vary significantly between successive test points and sample intervals and
at locations other than where observations,exploration,and investigations have been made.
Because of the inherent uncertainties in subsurface evaluations,changed or unanticipated
underground conditions may occur that could affect total project cost and/or execution.
These conditions and cost/execution effects are not the responsibility of Jacobs.
7. Jacobs shall at no time take title,risk of loss or ownership of the hazardous materials or
wastes. Client recognizes that Jacobs assumes no risk and/or liability for hazardous materials
encountered while performing any services associated with such hazardous waste.
8. Monroe County will provide access to all project areas.
ARTICLE A-DATA COLLECTION AND REHABILITATION PLAN
1. Coordinate with subconsultants.
2. Perform additional pavement cores at the locations shown in Figure 1.These services will be
completed by Tierra South Florida.
Services for Article A will be provided under a lump sum basis.
