• Strategizing the changes at Pink Shell Beach Resort and Spa, Estero Island, FL from
traditional hotel operation to condo hotel operation resulting in 10.4% growth in
REVPAR in 2004 and 38.1% growth in 2005 satisfying condo owners and REVPOR
growth of 8.2% in 2004 and 28% in 2005 satisfying the property owner. Responsible for E

(Outer Banks), NC. Four star independent resort with annual revenues over $10.0
