Review of Proposals: Rhonda Haag introduced the meeting and rules of the selection committee process 0
and introduced the members. She read the Bid Tab amounts as follows and advised that Arbor's price U)
was slightly below the engineers estimate:
RESPONDENT BID BOND BID AMOUNT

Adventure Environmental, Inc. 5% $1,081,000.00
The selection committee went through each proposal to provide comments on submittal and rationale
for scoring based on the criteria in the RFP.
Adventure Environmental Inc. — The proposal response was the best formatted of the group. AEI has

Arbor Tree &Land, Inc. —The proposal was fairly well prepared. The pricing was the lowest of the
responses. The response listed the wrong number of days, 240 instead of 140. They have experience
more in dredging rather than backfilling, but are qualified to perform the work.
