WHEREAS,the Board of Govemors of District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance, Monroe
County,Florida, pursuant to the provisions of(.'hapters 129 and 200,Florida Statutes,did conduct a Public
I fearing on September 12,2022,at 5:05 p.m.via Communications Media Technolog gy("CMT")using a
Zoom Webinar platform,to amend and adopt a Tentative Mill age Rate for 1".)istrict I Lower and Middle Keys
Fire and AmIxilance for Fiscal Year 2023,now,therefore,
HE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND
AMBULANCE DISTRICT,MON COUNTY,FLORIDA,that the Mil lage Rate of 1„8330 Ibe
adopted as the'rentative Millage Rate for District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance f6r Fiscal
Year 2023,which is over the rolled-back millage rate off'l.7525 by 4.59%.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of'Governors of District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire.,mid
