COPE OF WORK
This scope of services is an amendment to PSO 12/15-94.The second Request for Additional
Information(RAI)from South Florida Water Management District(SFWMD)was sent to Jacobs on
June 22"d,2022.The SFWMD requested an Ownership and Encumbrance report for the mitigation
areas for the EYW TWY A Extension and Mitigation project.The off-site mitigation areas include
Hawk Missile Site and Tarpon Belly Keys.
This scope of services includes an Ownership and Encumbrances report prepared by O'Neal and
the hours associated with responding to the second RAI from SFWMD.The Ownership and
Encumbrances report will be for the following parcels:
1. Parcel ID for Area 1 at Hawk Missile Site:00065940-000000
2. Parcel ID for Area 2 at Hawk Missile Site:00066230-000000
3. Parcel ID for Area 3 at Hawk Missile Site:00066230-000100
4. Parcel ID for Areal at Tarpon Belly Keys:00107310-000100
Refer to Attachments A and B for the location of the above parcels.
GENERAL SCOPE
Amendment 1 of the Taxiway A Extension and Mitigation Construction Support and RPR Services
project includes the following element:
1. Coordination with subconsultants,SFWMD,and Monroe County.
2. Preparation of the Ownership and Encumbrance report.
3. Respond to the SFWMD RAI No.2.
MPT O DESIO METERS
1. This project will be funded with state,local,and FAA monies.
2. Jacobs will coordinate with Birkitt Environmental Services,O'Neal Surveying and Mapping,
and SFWMD on obtaining best available data.
3. This proposal does n9A include submittal of design documents,cost estimates,or technical
specifications.
4. This project does no include financial feasibility analyses, benefit-cost analyses,return on
investment nor payback period estimations.
5. Jacobs will reasonably rely upon the accuracy,and completeness of the information/data
provided by the Client or other third parties.
ARTICLE F—PROPERTY OWNERSHIP AND ENCUMBRANCES REPORT
1. Coordinate with subconsultants,SFWMD,and Monroe County.
2. Research Public Records of Monroe County,Florida for 4 parcels listed herein.These services
will be completed by O'Neal Surveying and Mapping.

3. Provide an Ownership and Encumbrance Report for the 4 parcels.
4. Develop a response for each encountered easement within the proposed mitigation areas for
the SFWMD RAI No.2.
5. Develop exhibits with the mitigation areas and easement areas for the SFWMD RAI No.2.
Services for Article F will be provided under a lump sum basis.

for each. These reports will include searching the chain of title back at least 50 years, in the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida. Docs from the Monroe County Property Appraisers
attached for each Tax ID.

provided also.

Work not specified in the above SCOPE OF SERVICES will not be performed without your prior
knowledge and approval.
