This scope of services includes an Ownership and Encumbrances report prepared by O'Neal and the hours associated with responding to the RAI from SFWMD.The Ownership and Encumbrances report will be for the following parcels: 1. Parcel ID for Area 1 at Crawl Key:00099560-000000 2. Parcel ID for Area 2 at Crawl Key:00099560-000100 Refer to Attachment A for the location of the above parcels. GE4ERAL SCOPE, Amendment 1 of the Commercial Apron Expansion and Mitigation Construction Support and RPR Services project includes the following element: 1.
