Detailed description of change order and justification:
The dormitoLZAC,systern was designed to maintain a temperature between 72'and 76 . Although
installed as designed, during the summer months, the AC struggled and at times failed to cool to the
specified teMperature. During these discussions, MCSO req crested.the space have the capabilitV to
cool to an average temperature of 68'. The County,took this opportunity to redesLqn the sVstem to
accommodate MCSO"s request to imiq rove,functionality. The design changes require extension.of the
substantial,compietion date from August 16,2022, to December.3L 2022 with an ex ected fina
completion 30 days after this substantial completion.
