RESOLUTION NO. 315- 1998
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AN ALLOCATION FROM THE BOATING
IMPROVEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 AND THE USE OF $50,000
FROM THE SPECIAL WATERWAYS PROJECTS PROGRAM GRANT FOR USE
IN PROVIDING PUMP OUT FACILITIES AT KEY WEST BIGHT.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, as follows:
1. That said Board has been notified of the availability of funds from the Monroe
County Boating Improvement Fund and the Special Waterways Projects
Program for providing pump out facilities at the Key West Bight.
2. That the Community Services Division Marine Projects Department acting for
Monroe County has determined the eligibility of this project for the use of
Special Waterways Projects Funding in the amount of $50,000 matching with
$50,000 from the Boating Improvement Fund.
3. That said Board hereby directs the implementation of this project by the Marine
Projects Coordinator.
