A RESOLUTION REQUESTING USE OF IMPACT
FEES FOR THE INST ALLA TION OF TWELVE (12)
FIRE HYDRANTS AT STRATEGIC LOCATIONS IN
THE LOWER KEYS AREA (DISTRICT I).
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
to approve expenditures for impact fees in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1997,
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, the following impact fee expenditures from Fund #135, in the amount of
$42,525 is hereby approved by the Monroe County Board of Commissioners for the Fiscal Year
]997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD, that the Clerk of said Board, upon receipt
of said resolution, you are hereby authorized to process all payments required to the above impact
fee account.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 19th day of August AD 1997.
