RESOLUTION NO. 325-1997
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THAT THE MUNICIPALITIES LOCATED WITHIN
MONROE COUNTY, THE SCHOOL BOARD, THE MOSQUITO CONTROL
DISTRICT AND THE LOWER KEYS HOSPITAL DISTRICT CO-ORDINATE THEIR
SCHEDULING OF BUDGET HEARINGS WITH EACH OTHER AND THE
COUNTY SO THAT THE BUDGET HEARINGS OF TWO OR MORE BOARDS OR
CITIES ARE NOT SCHEDULED FOR THE SAME TIME.
Section 1,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The municipalities located within Monroe County, the School Board, the
Mosquito Control District, and the Lower Keys Hospital District. are hereby requested to co-ordinate
or more cities or boards are not scheduled for the same time,
their budget hearings with each other and the County so that, if possible, the budget hearings of two

The Clerk is directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the respective
Hospital District.
