LOT AGGREGATION RESTRICI1VE COVENANT
1.
WHEREAS, Joseph and Laura Strobel, a married couple the
undersigned are the sole owners of the following described real
property located in Monroe County, Florida described as follows:
Lots: 11 & 12 Block: 7
Subdivision: Anglers Park
Key: Key Largo PB: 4-1-159
Real Estate Num hers: 00552140-000000

WHEREAS, this Lot Aggregation Restrictive Covenant that
restricts the use of the legally described property in order to
receive a building permit: and
WHEREAS, the above described parcels were assigned points in
the Permit Allocation System for building permit #00-3-946 for the
voluntary reduction of density through aggregation of vacant,
legally platted, buildable lots; and

NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned agree as follows:
· The above described parcels shall have their density
reduced from two dwelling units to one dwelling writ in
consideration of a building permit to build a single
family residence; and
. The restrictions herein shall be binding upon the
representatives, heirs, assigns and successors in title of
the undersigned; it being the intention if the
undersigned by execution and recording of this
document that this restriction shall run with the land
and shall be forever binding upon the successors in
title; and
· This covenant is intended to benefit and nm in favor of
the County of Monroe; and

. In the event of any breach or violation of the covenant
contained herein, the said County may enforce the
covenant by injunction or such other legal method, as
the County deems appropriate.

Note to File:
On January 2,2002, in reviewing the outstanding documents it was found that the Lot
Aggregation Restrictive Covenant for Joseph and Laura Strobel that was approved at the July 19,
2001 Board meeting was recorded in the Official Records on July 25,2001.
This document did not come through our office as is normal procedure, I contacted Fran
Plowman to find out the details on who sent the document in and who it was sent back to. She
advised that the document was recorded in the Plantation Key Clerk's Office and forwarded back
to Gay Marie Smith who prepared the instrument.
I printed out a copy of the recorded document for my records and had a certified copy made for
Colleen Gardner in the Growth Management Division,
