WHEREAS. Mr. Pinder was a past President of the Toast Masters Club. former EXalte~ul~

of the Key West Elks lodge and long time member of the Key West lions Club; a~ c.:J 0

WHEREAS. Mr. Pinder was in the Presidents Club of the Gulf life Insurance Company; and

WHEREAS. Mr. Pinder was a Justice of the Peace for 12 years during which time he acted
as Coroner for Monroe County; and
WHEREAS. Mr. Pinder was instrumental in bringing Mental Health Services to Key West:
now. therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY.

The Board hereby adopts this Resolution as evidence of its regret and mourning for the
passing of the late BERl RALPH PINDER and in recognition of his extensive dedication and vast
public service to the people of Key West and Monroe County. Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County. Florida.
