TO: Reggie Paros
Director of Public Safety
Attention: Pam Bauchman
FROM:
Ruth Ann Jantzen ~ ~d.. .
Deputy Clerk ~,
DATE:
July 28, 1997
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pam, enclosed is the letter to Florida Keys Community College that Mayor Douglass
signed and was approved for legal sufficiency that you sent me for execution. Mr.
Kolhage infonned me that I do not attest to the Mayor's signature on a written notice of
intent letter. However, this office will require the original of FKCC's return letter to you
noting acceptance as this will be considered a contract.
The nonnal procedure is for a one page Extension of Agreement to be drawn up and
signed by both parties for execution. Perhaps next year, when you extend the original
agreement, you will consider this.
If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact
this office.
