Mr. Kolhage infonned me that I do not attest to the Mayor's signature on a written notice of intent letter. However, this office will require the original of FKCC's return letter to you noting acceptance as this will be considered a contract. The nonnal procedure is for a one page Extension of Agreement to be drawn up and signed by both parties for execution. Perhaps next year, when you extend the original agreement, you will consider this. Dean of Administrative and Business Services Florida Keys Community College 5901 College Road Key West, Florida 33040 Dean of Administrative and Business Services, This letter is written notice of intent to extend the Agreement entered into the 21 st day of September, 1995, between the District Board of Trustees of Florida Keys Community College, and the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County for the purpose of enabling students enrolled in EMS courses to obtain clinical/practical experience in Ambulance Services. The agreement is extended until the 30th day of June, 1998, but otherwise the original terms remain in full force and effect.
