Dear Mr. Stone,
The Florida Keys Renaissance Faire in Marathon will once again be held at the Marathon
Airport on January 13-15,2001. I wanted to put in writing our plan for clean-up this
year.
Clean-up of the site will be done by the Faire volunteers on Tuesday and Wednesday,
January 16th and 1'fh and on Friday, January 19th with the help of Big Pine Road Prison
Crew.
Marathon Garbage Service will provide 8 yard dumpster with additional pick-up service
on Sunday and Monday of the Faire. The Faire will be financially responsible for all fess
due to MGS for trash disposal.
Six porta potties will be on the Faire site including a handicap facility.
In addition, I would like to request the use of 10 Public Works garbage cans and as many
picnic tables that are available to use over the Faire dates.
The staff and volunteers of the Faire live by the motto to leave it better than we found it.
We have a proven track record and that is in part to the wonderful partnership that has
been created between our non-profit organization and your department. We appreciate
your support of this and all of the community events in the past and look forward to
working with you and your fine staff in the future.
Sincerely,
f!t;)~
