TRATIVE BOUNDARY INTERPRETATION OF THE DIR~-
TOR OF PLANNING IN LAND USE DISTRICT MAP
BOUNDARY INTERPRETATION NUMBER 105 REGARDING
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 6, CORAL SHORES MOBILE
HOME ESTATES, LITTLE TORCH KEY, MONROE COUN-
Ty, FLORIDA, APPROXIMATE MILE MARKER 28.

WHEREAS, the property described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 6,
Florida, is currently zoned Native Area (NA); and
Coral Shores Mobile Home Estates, Little Torch Key, Monroe County,
WHEREAS, the land use district boundaries which indicate that
the property is NA were not placed in error with the adoption of
the September 15, 1986 Land Development Regulations and, therefore,
demarcated Native Area (NA) boundary; and
the subsequent maps were not in error and did follow the previously
WHEREAS, the staff recommends denial of the boundary changes as
of Planning, dated February 19, 1999; NOW THEREFORE
indicated in the memorandum by Timothy J. McGarry, AICP, Director

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) The action of the Director of Planning, Timothy J. McGarry,
recommending denial of a district boundary change in Land Use
District Map Boundary Interpretation Number 105, dated February
19, 1999, is hereby found to be in conformance with the stan-
dards set forth in Section 9.5-3(m), Monroe County Code; and is
therefore approved.
2) The above described property should remain designated as Native
Area (NA) as currently indicated.
3) The above conclusion of law is predicated upon the findings of
fact outlined in the staff recommendation which this Board
hereby adopts as its own.
4) The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward a certi-
fied copy of this Resolution to the Monroe County Planning
Department.
5) The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward a certi-
fied copy of this resolution to the Florida Department of Commu-
nity Affairs.
