WHEREAS, Sec. 6.3-1, M.C.C., authorizes the County Administrator to make
recommendations concerning the assignment of the Code Enforcement Department;
and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the receipt of the County Administrator's
recommendation, the County Commission has determined that it is appropriate to
assign the Department of Code Enforcement to the Growth Management Division;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1.) The Department of Code Enforcement is hereby assigned to the
Growth Management Division to function and operate as a department of that
division.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
at a regular meeting of said Board held on the ~ day of
