RESOLUTION NO. 258 -1999
A RESOLUTION OF THE LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND AMBULANCE
DISTRICT ELECTING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE LENGTH OF SERVICE AWARDS
PROGRAM ADMINISTERED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR
VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE
AND AMBULANCE DISTRICT:
Section 1. The Board of Governors of the Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance District hereby elects to participate in the Length of Service Awards Program
(LOSAP) for volunteer firefighters established by the Monroe County Board of County
Commissioners.
Section 2. District staff is hereby directed to take the necessary administrative
action to effectuate District participation in LOSAP.
