A R~~~8fI8W~lMoARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS APPROVING THE
RENAMING OF A PRIVATE ROAD KNOWN AS OCEAN CAY. KEY LARGO
WHEREAS, Ocean Cay Property Owners Association, Inc., of Port Largo, Fifth Addition has
requested that the County approve the naming of a street shown on Official Monroe County
Maps as "Private Road" and perpendicular to Ocean Drive at Mile Marker 100; and
WHEREAS, the United States Post Master for the Key Largo Post Office has written that the
Post Office has no objection to changing the street name; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA that the naming of a private road perpendicular to Ocean Drive and abutting Lots
537 through 560, Port Largo, Fifth Addition, Key Largo as shown on the Official Records of
Monroe County Plat Book 6, Page 109, as "Ocean Cay" is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 9th day of September, 1998.
