At the September 19, 2001, Board of County Commissioner's meeting the Board granted
approval and authorized execution of a Grant Agreement between Monroe County and u.s.
Department of Transportation Federal Aviation Administration to fund various projects at the
Key West International Airport.

OBSTRUCTION CLEARING (22 AC); MARK RUNWAY 9-27 (22,500 SF); INSTAll STANDBY GENERATOR AND BUilDING:
PART 150 SOUND INSULATION OF 22 HOMES (PHASE II; PLANS AND SPECFICATlONS FOR NOISE MITIGATION AS
APPROVED IN THE PART 150 (PHASE 2); ACQUIRE AIRCRAFT RESCUE AND FIREFIG~TING BOAT AND EQUIPMENT"
as more particularly described in the Project Application dated August 31, 2001.
The maximum obligation of the United States payable under this Offer shall be $3,159,859 for airport development.
