AMENDMENT ONE TO
AGREEMENT FOR APPRAISAL SERVICES
BETWEEN MONROE COUNTY AND ALL KEYS APPRAISAL INC.
This Amendment("Amendment One") is made and entered into this 15th day of November, 2022 by
and between MONROE COUNTY ("COUNTY"), a political subdivision of the State of Florida,
whose address is 1100 Simonton. Street, Key West, Florida, 33040, thorough the Monroe County
Board of County Commissioners ("BOCC"),
AND
All Keys Appraisal, Inc. a Corporation of the State of Florida whose address is P.O. Box 2391, Key
West, Florida, 33045, its successors and assigns, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR" or
"CONSULTANT."
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Agreement for Appraisal Services ("AGREEMENT") between All Keys
Appraisal, Inc. and the COUNTY was entered into the 17th day of November 2020;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the
AGREEMENT is amended as follows.
Section 1. Recitals and Leclislative Intent. The Foregoing recitals, findings of fact, and
statements of legislative intent are true and correct and are hereby incorporated as if fully stated
herein..
S. e..c t i c.)...n I The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
Article 19 Paragraph 1.1.9 The effective date of this AGREEMENT shall be November
17, 2020, with an original term date of November 16, 2022, The COUNTY is extending this
AGREEMENT for an additional one (1) year at the same terms and conditions. The new
termination date is November 16, 202'). The COUNTY shall have the option of extending the
AGREEMENT in one-year increments for up to two (2) years at the same terms and
conditions with approval of the COfJNTY's governing board. Such extension(s) shall be in
the form of a written Amendment to the AGREEMENT and shall be executed by both parties.
The remainder of the terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT' remain. unchanged by this
Amendment, and continue in. full force and effect.
