Dear Walt:
This will serve as your Notice to Proceed on the Key West Property Appraiser's Office FM
200 Fire Suppression System. The established Date of Commencement is December 16,
2002, assuming all applicable permits are available to allow work to begin.
Project completion is scheduled for 45 days from date of commencement. Contract
completion will be one year after project completion to include warranty period.
The Pre Construction Meeting was held Thursday, December 05th, 2002 and no weekly
project meeting was scheduled for this project.
Monroe County is pleased to initiate this project and looks forward to working with you and
