FLORIDA. AMENDING SECTION 6-16. MONROE COUNTY CODE. REVISING THE BUILDING CODE OF MONROE COUNTY TO INCORPORATE ACTIONS WHICH ARE PROHIBITED IN THE DISCIPLINARY SECTION OF THE CODE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION INTO THE MONROE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE c :::D BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA. THAT: Section 1. Section 6-16(d). Monroe County Code. shall be created to read as follows: Those actions prohibited by Sections 6-66. 6-66.1 and Section 6-69. Monroe County Code. shall constitute violations of the Standard Building Code and CABO Code for the unincorporated areas of the county. Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. Section 3. If any section, subsection. sentence, clause, item, change or provision of this ordinance is held invalid. the remainder of this ordinance shall not be affected by such invalidity. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon receipt of official notice from the Office of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida that this ordinance has been filed with said Office. Section 5. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to Municipal Code Corporation for incorporation into the Monroe County Code of Ordinances.
