ORDINANCE NO. 027 -1996
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING THAT THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS MAY, BY RESOLUTION, APPROVE ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION TO THE
NEWLY EMPLOYED ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR, CLARK LAKE, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $5000; PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS ON SUCH
COMPENSATION; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL
ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION INTO THE
MONROE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
The Board of County Commissioners may, by resolution, reimburse the newly
employed Environmental Management Director, Clark Lake, in an amount not to exceed $5,000, for
moving expenses. This additional compensation shall be available on a one-time only basis.
Section 2.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
to the extent of such conflict.
Section 3. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, item, cha~e gr pr~ion m this

Enclosed please find a certified copy of Monroe County Ordinance No. 027-1996,
providing that the Monroe County Board of County Commissioners may,by Resolution,
approve additional compensation to the newly employed Environmental Management
Director, Clark Lake, in an amount not to exceed $5,000.00;providing for certain
restrictions on.such compensation; providing for severability; providing for the repeal of
all ordinances inconsistent herewith;providing for incorporation into the Monroe
County Code of Ordinances; and providing for an effective date.
This Ordinance was adopted by the Monroe County Board of County
Conunissioners at a Regular Meeting, in formal session, on April 17, 1996.
