BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,FLORIDA a political

WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the
assumption and jurisdiction and responsibility over the property conveyed herein does hereby

feet to the point of beginning of the proposed road hereinafter described; from said point of
