ITEM BACKGROUND: Task Order Four with CDR Maguire, Inc. for FEMA Program Consulting Services relating to Hurricane Ian was approved at the November 15, 2022 BOCC Meeting. Subsequently, staff learned that the Agreement with CDR Maguire, Inc was used for non- Public Assistance FEMA work and Task Order Four was already in existence. This Amendment renumbers the Task Order to Task Order Seven. PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: The County issued a Request for Proposal for FEMA Program Consulting Services on June 14, 2019. The County received 12 proposals at the bid opening on July 31, 2019. The selection committee meeting was held on August 22, 2019 and CDR Maguire, Inc. was the highest ranked respondent and was recommended to be awarded the contract for FEMA Program Consulting Services. The County and CDR Maguire entered into an agreement for service on September 5, 2019. Task Order One with CDR Maguire for Hurricane Irma was approved September 5, 2019. Task Order Two for Hurricane Dorian was approved September 5, 2019. Task Order 3 for Covid-19 was approved on April 15, 2020, retroactive to March 16, 2020. On November 15, 2022, Task Order 4 was approved retroactive to October 28, 2022 for Hurricane Ian Recovery. This agreement was also used for non-Public Assistance FEMA-related projects. Task Orders 4 was approved October 21, 2020 for FEMA BRIC Grant Application Consulting Services. Task Order 6 for Grant Management Services in relation to the Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant was approved on March 17, 2021 and subsequently amended to renumber it to Task Order 5.
