Basis for Recommended Action: 1. The requested credit does not increase the total cost of the project as approved by the BOCC, and it will have no impact to contract time. 2. The scope items from the GMP being credited were determined to be more appropriate and a cost savings to the BOCC and their value is being transferred to Contingency.
