On August 30, 1989, the Board of County Commissioners adopted
Resolution No. 510-1989 authorizing execution of a Lease
Agreement with the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improve-
ment Trust Fund of the State of Florida concerning real
property on Lower Matecumbe Key known as Caloosa Cove.
Attached are two certified copies of the subject Resolution
and two duplicate originals of the proposed Lease Agreement,
all of which have now been executed and sealed on behalf of
the County. It is my understanding that you will handle
obtaining the remaining necessary signatures and filling in
the blanks in this document (inasmuch as this office was
directed to execute same prior to the blanks being filled in)
Please be sure to return one fully-executed original to me as
quickly as possible.
