For the Installation and Maintenance of Aids to Navigation and Regulatory Markers
Date: February 27, 2023
American Underwater Contractors, Inc. is hereby authorized to proceed with the work associated with the
replacement of one (1) regulatory marker and three (3) signs as described in the Invitation for Quotes dated
February 13, 2023 and in the contractor's quote dated February 24, 2023.
The County agrees to pay the proposed cost of$4,800.00 upon satisfactory completion of the work and receipt of
an invoice and photographs.
The contractor shall make every effort to complete the work by March 27, 2023.
Please proceed with ordering any necessary signs and supplies (as needed) and prepare to perform the work.
General Requirements: All terms and conditions in the Contract for Installation and Maintenance ofAids to
Navigation and Regulatory Markers in Monroe County shall apply to this Task Order.
Additional Instructions: Contractor shall coordinate with staff for the three (3)regulatory signs to be provided
by the Marine Resources office for this job.
