1st Modification 02/16/2023 MODIFICATION #1 TO SUBGRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND MONROE COUNTY This Modification is made and entered into by and between the State of Florida, Division of Emergency Management("the Division"), and Monroe County("Sub- Recipient"), to modify Agreement Number G0365, which began on January 1, 2022 ("the Agreement"). WHEREAS, the Division and the Sub-Recipient have entered into the Agreement, pursuant to which the Division has provided a scbgrant to Sub-Recipient under the Emergency Management Performance Grant program of v0 000.00; WHEREAS, the Agreement will expire on December 31, 2022; and, WHEREAS, the Division and the Recipient desire to extend the terms of the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the Division and the Sub-Recipient desire to modify the Agreement; and, WHEREAS, in consideration of the mutual promises of the parties contained herein, the parties agree as follows. 1. Paragraph (3) PERIOD OF AGREEMEN hereby amended to read as follows: (a)This agreement period will begin on January 1, 2022 and will end on June 30, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to Paragraph (12) TERMINATION, of this Agreement. 2. All provisions not in conflict with this Modification remain in full force and effect and are to be performed at the level specified in the Agreement.
