Please advise if these walls can/should be changed to CMU walls and please provide details for dowel placement in the structural slab,rebar spacing,and any connections to the roof beams. One of the exterior walls at this area(south wall of the generator room 245)is already shown as a CMU wall,so their is already CMU walls in this area.
