There was one respondent only to the RFQ, that being: Carlisle Development Group, LLC. A copy of the Purchasing Office Tabulation Sheet is attached. The real estate proposed for development and development potential are as follows: 14 units at the Mandalay property in Key Largo, 32 units at Burton Drive in Tavernier, 13 units at Cudjoe Key and 10 units at Big Coppitt Key. PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: BOCC approved to direct Staff to go out with an RFQ at its meeting on October 19, 2006.
