ITEM BACKGROUND: Resolution 143-2012 was approved on May 16, 2012 implemented the cost of providing services associated with the building permitting and inspection system through a fee schedule. This resolution inadvertently omitted a clause providing for credit of application fee to fees due at issuance. Additionally, the resolution needs clarification on environmental trimming/landscaping permit application fees. The proposed resolution also clarifies the Technology and Document processing fee to define fee amount due when a permit is exactly $500, by adding the clause "or equal to". Lastly, removing the ATF 100% fee for procedural clarifications.
