ITEM BACKGROUND: The Mayor is requirJto appoint two individuals form private industry and
one individual from a government agency to the South Florida Workforce Board. Kerry Clernmons will
fill the remaining private industry position.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: At the February 2006 BOCC meeting the Board
approved a South Florida Workforce Interlocal Agreement between Momoe and Miami-Dade. At the
March BOCC Meeting the Board approved Gregg Talbert, private industry and Deb Barsell,
government agency.
