Commissioners passed an Ordinance providing for the appointment of "At Large" members to the
District Advisory Committee by the Board of County Commissioners.

and who shaH represent the general public. (The operative word within this description is
directlv. This word means someone who is not in business nor wbose business or economic
activity are dependent upon tourists).
