4. PUBLIC LIBRARIES: Approval to advertise a Public Hearing to
consider adoption of an ordinance abolishing the Library Advisory
Board created under Ordinance No. 6-1981 and codified under Section

of all ordinance inconsistent herewith and providing for an effective
date.
5. FACILITIES MAINTENANCE: Approval of a Fourth Amendment
for a two (2) year Commercial Lease renewal and annual rental
increase with Key Vaca Center, LLC, for the Supervisor of Elections
office at the 100th Street Center building in Marathon. The new lease
term commences on June 1, 2023, and terminates on May 31, 2025, at
a total monthly rental fee of $4,872.90/month for the upcoming year,
and $5,03 I.44/month for the second year which includes a 3.25% CPI-
U increase for the base rent and- its share of the monthly CAM costs
with both having been increased by 3.25%, rather than under the terms
of the Lease. Supervisor of Elections funding pays this lease.
6. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Approval to terminate Agreement
with Tropical island Builders, LLC for the Veteran's Memorial Park
ADA Pavilion and Tiki 1-luts project for convenience.
7. AIRPORTS: Approval of the Fourth Extension Agreement with local
contractor Anderson Outdoor Advertising, Inc. extending their
advertising agency agreement at the Key West International Airport
for five (5) additional years and once new advertising space is
available in the new Concourse A. monthly revenue paid to the Airport
increases from 60% to 70% (or a minimum of$16,667.00 per month,
whichever is greater).
