Question Question from Jeffrey Whipple Ajax Building Company,LLC on Thursday,Feb 9,2023 at 03:36 PM EST
Per conversations between Giselle Albisu(TLC),Ajax,Cary Vick and Russ Jackson(GM Rain Harvest Systems)it has been
decided that we do not need the Rainflo Filtration system. Because the tank is municipal water and turned over regularly an
ozone bubbler would be a better product to prevent algae and bacteria growth in the tank. This would reduce maintenance
and cost less providing a credit back to the owner. Please provide:
1. An updated drawing P-203 for the tank and ozone bubbler.
2. A detail for how the float switch is to integrate into the system and shut off flow from the city when the tank is full.
3. The trip/frame requirements for the circuit breaker of this new filtration system being specified by TLC and RainHarvest
Systems. The tank itself does not require power but the ozone bubbler will.
A new record submittal will be submitted after responses are received.

Comments
03/01/2023 TLC Responses:
1. Refer to attached updated Plumbing drawing P-203.
2. Refer to attached basic detail/ diagram of the RainFlo MiniGen03 Ozone Generator
(Received from the RainH tank manufacturer). Also, refer to attached cut sheet of the Watts
Float valve (specify series Watts 2000 float valve).
3. Electrical engineer responses:
Replace existing junction box previously dedicated to a rain harvest controller and connected
to MEQ1-11 with a duplex receptacle for new ozone generator device. Coordinate exact
location of new ozone generator device and associated receptacle prior to commencement of
work. The 30A, NEMA 3R, non-fused disconnect switch and associated circuit breaker at
MEQ1-7,9 for the rain harvest pump controller is no longer required.
