We know you are busy so we appreciate you taking the time to personally visit the property. As you were able to see, this is a prime waterfront property. It appears the County could utilize the property for various purposes. All of which are in conjunction with the County's desire to save these small marinas and preserve the waterfront access and small boat docks for Monroe County residents. Since Monroe County already owns Peninsular Ave, and the existing boat ramp, this should be even more desirable for a County owned facility. We appreciate the consideration and interest. Please call anytime if you have any questions, or to discuss further.
