The scope of work of the plumbing contractor shall apply to private property a!ld public property, shall include any excavation work incidental thereto, and shall include the work of the spt~cialty plumbing contractor, including well drilling, swimming pool maintenance, lawn sprinkler systems. Such contractor shall subcontract, with a qualified contractor in the field concerned, all other work incidental to the vv'ork, but which is specified herein as being the work ofa trade other than that of plumbing contractor. })oo/ contraclors are those whose scope of work involves the construction and repair of any pools, public or private, used for therapy, swimming or other use.
