A virtual meeting with Monroe County will be held to review the proposed space program and generate comments towards the diagrammatic layouts. Once the proposed space program is accepted by the owner the diagrammatic development will progress. Up to three alternative diagrammatic layouts will be developed which will examine the ground level bays, associated impacted apron area and second level expansion&renovation. A virtual meeting with Monroe County will be held to review the diagrammatic layouts and agree to the selected option for future design not included in this task. The preferred alternative selected will be noted in the planning report. The preferred alternative will include apron vehicular movements. Architectural, civil, M/E/P/FP and structural input will be provided at the programming phase and incorporated into the planning document.
