I understand that that there are 2 monthly meetings and much homework to do. will gladly make the time available to serve the community in such an important capacity to the best of my abilities - As you know I will advocate for workforce housing. As a Realtor I understand the sanctity of private property rights. I also am an advocate of environmental causes. Here are the brief highlights of my career. 19701 sold approximately 250 affordable horses in Riverside Manor in South Bend, Indiana. These were built by National Homes for low income persons They were financed by an experimental FHA program. 1974 Indiana Real Estate License, South Bend Mishawaka Association of Realtors. This area is medium size cities. 1975 Michigan Real Estate License, Sou4hvvestem Michigan Association of Realtors. This area is very rural. 1977 Fort Myers -I sold FHA, VA and Farm Home Administration for a builder, Hunter Homes, Inc. I sold approximately 200 homes. drat were spot built in Lee County. The FHA's and VA's were for first time buyers. The homes financed by Farm Home were subsidized. At this time Lee County was beginning to enjoy its explosive growth. (Population 35,000 in 1977, today it is 400,D00). Consequently we worked with developers while they were creating subdivisions, like San Carlos Park, with its 10,000 single family home sights to assure that we could continually build homes that fit the budget of working families. 1980 Florida Real Estate License Name Hunters, Inc -General real estate and new construction specialist. I worked in the general ra* estate market in Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers , Pine Island and Cape Coral. I worked in advanced reservatiom and 4 years ago I re-entered the general real estate market in Key West and the Lower Keys. I am serving an the Key West Camrnunity Housing Task Force since its inception. I am currently serving on the EAST Workforce Housing Task Force for Monroe County. I also have served on the Key West Association of Realtors Education Committee for the past 2 years. I am wive with the KWAR RPAC Committee. Last week I finished qualifying for my GRl (Graduate Realtor Institute) which is a professional designation from the National Association of Realtors_ This course covers all aspects of the real estate profession.
