Commission at the BOCC meetings.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
Seating order by district simplifies, clarifies, and advances constituents' understanding of district
representation. There is no consistent practice of where district commissioners sit in the current
Administrative Procedures. Exception for Mayor's seating to be in center.
