NOW THEREFORE, these parties for the considerations hereinafter mentioned covenant and agree that the said lease is
amended effective January 1, 2009 as follows:
Paragraph "B Term" is hereby modified as follows: "TO HAVE AND TO HOLD for the term beginning January 1,
2009 and continuing through December 31, 2009."
PARAGRAPH 7 "Annual rent" is hereby amended to reflect an annual rent of $23,408.00 ($33.4400 per rentable
square foot).
