ITEM BACKGROUND: An Airport Layout Plan (ALP) update and narrative report for MTH were
transmitted to the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Orlando Airports District Office on March
18, 2009. A Noise Screening Assessment was prepared in May 2009.
