COMMENTS FROM JOE HABERMAN:
Tiffany is a reliable and valuable asset to the Planning & Environmental
Resources Department. In a department that has experienced considerable
turnover, Tiffany has provided the county with stability and experience in the
planning technician position. For years, Tiffany has been the primary public
contact person regarding the ROGO permit allocation system and affordable
housing qualification. These are two essential and complex county processes.
However, despite their complexities, Tiffany has performed admirably with her
responsibilities and has established herself as the point person for the public, as
well as other staff, in order to receive information and explanations.
In addition, as a whole, Tiffany is one of the more knowledgeable staff members
concerning county regulations and the building permit process. In a position
where providing the correct information to others is critical, this knowledge is an
exceptional and desirable quality to possess.
In conclusion, Tiffany is a professional and dependable employee. She has
shown skills and capabilities that exceed the expectations of the department. I
believe her long and outstanding service to the county deserves to be recognized
and memorialized with an Employee Service Award.
COMMENTS FROM ANDREW TRIVETTE:
Ms. Stankiewicz has in her 17 years of employment with Monroe County's
Growth Management Division held the positions of staff assistant in Code
Enforcement, environmental technician, and planning technician. She has
established herself as an integral part of the Growth Management family and has
developed an understanding of the complicated growth controls of ROGO and
NROGO that is unsurpassed. I strongly recommend we recognize her long
legacy of service and continued determination to do a great job.
